Prepare for competition

If bodybuilding and strength competitions are your thing, the posing studio is the place to prepare. Practise alongside other competitors and get feedback from our trainers.

It is not only for bodybuilders and bikini competitors. Figure, physique and fitness competitors are all welcome to practise for their categories and work on a routine that stands out on stage.

The studio is private and available on request, so you can rehearse without an audience. Mirrors and adjustable lighting let you see your poses from every angle and make the adjustments that matter.

We have seasoned competitors among our members who know the posing requirements for their categories and can help with stage presence, confidence and a routine that plays to your strengths.
